Managing Director
Junaid Khan is the founder member of Advanced International Hospital (AIH) and the brain behind the Advanced Group. He serves as Managing Director of Advanced International Hospital (Pvt) Ltd and also heads the Advanced Diagnostic Centre, Islamabad.
An overseas Pakistani with over 7 years of senior experience in the Gulf and a total of 16 years in business strategy across Pakistan and internationally, His expertise has been key to building the Advanced Group into one of Islamabad’s leading multi-specialty healthcare institutions.
Under his visionary leadership since inception, AIH has driven innovation with cutting-edge technology, operational excellence, staff development, and patient-centered care. His exceptional leadership and business negotiation skills have propelled the hospital to achieve the rank of 2nd best hospital in Islamabad and recognition as the top ranked hospital by Google in Islamabad.
Mr. Khan is committed to raising healthcare standards in Pakistan through public-private partnerships, medical tourism, and community services.
His contributions have earned him one of Pakistan’s most prestigious honors for young leaders — the Young Entrepreneur Award 2024 from the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, presented by Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland KC, celebrating his transformative vision and innovation in healthcare.
Looking forward, he aims to establish Advanced Medical College as one of Islamabad’s top medical colleges, delivering groundbreaking innovation in healthcare education and services to nurture future professionals and elevate Pakistan’s healthcare landscape.
