Advanced International Hospital Consultant App retains personal and medical data only for as long as necessary to provide healthcare services and comply with legal obligations in Tanzania.
Patient medical records (appointments, prescriptions, lab reports, doctor notes, discharge summaries) are retained for 10 years from the last patient visit.
Consultant account information is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days after deactivation or a deletion request.
Billing and tax records are retained for 5 years as required by Tanzanian law.
Login activity and technical logs are retained for 12 months for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Database backups are retained for 90 days.
Fingerprint biometric data is never stored on our servers and remains only on the user’s device.
